Violin

Now a semi-retired professional musician, I’ve had the privilege of being a high school choral, string, and band instructor; an elementary school music teacher; a composer and arranger; and the music director of symphonic choirs in York, Pennsylvania. I play violin, viola, piano, and organ. Before moving to Maine in 2014, I focused primarily on ministry of music in church, and operating a private studio.

Since June 2015, I’ve been serving as the organist and choir director for Island Community Church on Bailey’s Island, and as a sales associate in the Kitchen and Bath Department at Home Depot.  In November 2015,  I’ll join the ministry team at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Brunswick, as minister of music.

The MSO has been a welcome addition to my life. I am delighted to be a part of the ensemble and to enjoy making music together, forming relationships and enriching the lives of the community we serve.
